Job Title:                       CIF Sewing/On-Call Lead (Deployment/Redeployment)/Forklift Operator

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the first-line management of all sewing

and on-call employees of the JBLM CIF.  Provides supervision and technical guidance to employees

who perform duties associated with the property accountability and OCIE records maintenance. 

Responsible for all deployment, demobilization, and OCIE maintenance repair operations.  Leads,

motivates, manages performance, trains, and incorporates a team environment.  Performs various

administrative duties such as assisting with inventories, maintaining stock records accounts, and proper

equipment utilization. Performs operations such as coordinating work operations with managers,

training new personnel, and working with individual unit supply representatives and customers to ensure

unit requirements are met.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent education). 
• Must have at least 3 years experience with a CIF or similar activity. 
• Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience. 
• Must be knowledgeable of Army equipment, terms, and customs. 
• Unit supply or logistics experience in Army preferred.  
• Must have demonstrated success in leadership, team/collaborative processes/projects, training, and successful experiences in government-related business.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to supervise large volumes of customers and high dollar value equipment.
• Current forklift license preferred, but must be able to obtain upon employment.
• Must be able to pass required security background check.
