Job Title: CIF Warehouse Laborer (On-call)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with warehouse activities such as, stocking clothing and equipment in
preparation to issue to soldiers. Clean, fold and sort equipment that is returned.
Act as back-up for Issue/Turn-in Clerks by, classifying and assessing the
cleanliness of organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE) directly issued
and received from military personnel. Employee is accountable for providing effective and
efficient customer service ensuring government standards and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Complete job in a safe and qualitative manner.
Physical Demands:
The employee is occasionally required to climb, kneel, walk and reach. The employee must
stand for long periods of time and must have ability to push/or pull up to 70 lbs. and lift up to 40 lbs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent). Preferred 3-4 years relevant work experience in
retail/warehouse operations. Knowledge of a Central Issuing Facility is desirable. Specialized
vocational, technical, or other formal training may be substituted in part for experience. Must be
able to obtain Security badge for Fort Lewis.
