HomeSkookum creates jobs for people with disabilities. Since 1988, we have helped people with all types of disabilities join the workforce by providing critical services to business and government.

Services to Business and Government
Responsible Social Enterprisers

Day in and day out, Skookum employees provide vital services to our government and business partners. With a workforce of 800 people at more than a dozen locations including 8 major military installations, Skookum delivers critical logistics, facilities maintenance and public works services to our customers so that they in turn can focus on their customers.

Job Training and Placement
Because Jobs Change Lives

A living wage job is the catalyst that transforms dependency into self-sufficiency. As one of the largest employers of people with disabilities in the region, Skookum’s support services professionals match the ability in every person with the needs of employers in innovative ways in order to create opportunity for people with disabilities while providing employers with workers who deliver high quality services throughout the Puget Sound region.
