PRESIDENT'S EXCELLENCE AWARD
Skookum values its employees and recognizes excellent performance! If you see a Skookum employee going above and beyond we encourage you to nominate them today for the Skookum President's Excellence Award! This award is given to an employee who has demonstrated one or all of the following:
- Excellence in one or more of our Core Values: Awarded to Skookum employees who go above and beyond within the scope of their job to exemplify Skookum’s Core Values.
- Exceptional Commitment to Skookum’s Safety Culture: Awarded to Skookum employees who have demonstrated a dedication to Skookum’s safety culture above and beyond expectations.
Our monthly Excellence Award recipient is selected by the Skookum President/CEO and awarded a Skookum Excellence pin along with a $500 check prize.
FAQs
Who is eligible to be nominated?
Employees in good standing who have reached at least one year of employment with Skookum at any site, including the Home Office, except for Site Managers and Executive Leadership.
Who can nominate?
Eligible Skookum employees can be nominated by anyone with whom they work including peers, leadership, and customers. Family members may not nominate one another.
Can I nominate myself?
Self-nominations are not accepted.
