Ellen Reichart - Vice President, Human Resources
Ellen provides oversight and support to the Human Resources team at Skookum which includes Recruiting, Employee Relations, Vocational, Benefits, Security and Training. She is responsible for aligning Human Resource practices with Skookum’s mission and strategic plan. She administers human resource policies to ensure a safe, supportive, healthy, and rewarding place to work.
Maurice Correia - Vice President, Quality and Safety
Maurice’s role is to direct the overall strategic plan for both the quality and safety programs. Maurice accomplishes this through two managers, Joe Fegurgur & Chris Crittenden. Marie Campanoli – Vice President, Communications & Government Affairs
Marie directs media relations, government affairs and helps maintain Skookum’s vibrant company culture. She leads an outstanding Communications Team providing company branding, the Skookum website, videos, social media, employee storytellers and speakers, and support to Skookum’s business development.
Jessica McLoughlin - Regional Vice President
As a West Point graduate and an Army logistician, Jessica brings a deep understanding of the Army mission to the Skookum leadership team. Jessica provides Home Office coordination in support of Site and Project Managers in Washington, Texas, Virginia, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. She also administers, prices and negotiates new and current contracts for Skookum.
Robert Cordell, P.E. – Regional Vice President
Robert’s passion for public works management was developed during a 20-year Navy career as a Civil Engineer Corps officer. The Navy provides extensive exposure to Public Works, Post-Award Construction Management and contingency engineering. Marty Ranalli - Regional Vice President
Marty was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He went on to complete a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. Shortly after Penn State he was commissioned in the Naval Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) and had his first duty station at SUBASE Bangor.
Kris Kidd - General Manager
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Kris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, and Applied Physics. Prior to joining Skookum, Kris served in the US Coast Guard achieving the rank of Lieutenant. As Department Head of the Facility Engineering Department, Kris was a customer of Skookum’s at the Curtis Bay YARD in Maryland.
Megan Mason-Todd - Vocational Director
Megan worked in the Washington State Community College system, for 15 years, as an Educational Advisor and Career Education Instructor before coming to Skookum. She oversees the Vocational, Training and Community Employment Services teams. The focus of these teams is to create opportunities for people with disabilities and help people to be successful in their jobs and career paths. Megan holds a BA in Sociology from Western Washington University and a MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.
Charles J Kanieski -Financial Advisor
Charley began working with Skookum in 1991, as a consultant. Since then, he has continued his consultant role and also served on the Board of Directors. Charley has been involved with Skookum through all of its iterations, including when it was a jump rope factory, and when it procured its first government contract at Indian Island.

Arnold M. Willig - Chairman
Arnie has been an attorney at the Seattle based law firm of Hacker & Willig since 1990. He has been actively involved with and inspired by Skookum since 1992. He graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration and Pepperdine University School of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Mt. Baker Housing, a non-profit organization serving low-income families.
Holly Molino - Vice Chairman
Holly Molino has been serving on the Skookum Board of Directors since 2009. Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah, along with two Master’s Degrees from Idaho State University, one in School Psychology and one in Special Education and Early Childhood Special Education, and is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Holly and her husband have four children and live in Idaho Falls where they own a mental health clinic which works with children with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Six months out of the year Holly is a hockey mom and eight months out of the year she is a football widow (husband coaches and her sons play).
Jason Lovett - Secretary
Jason Lovett is a licensed Civil Engineer who has spent most of his career in management positions with the federal government relating to water and waste water facilities construction and facilities management. He was first introduced to Skookum in 2005 when he studied the company's quality management system as part of a graduate school research project. He was impressed by the company's commitment to meeting its social mission while also providing high quality services. When the opportunity arose to support Skookum through service on the Board of Directors, he eagerly accepted the nomination. He has served on the Board since 2009 and is currently the Secretary. Jason holds a BS from the University of Maine and a ME from the University of Idaho. He currently resides in Portland, OR with his wife and two children.
Harold Phillips - Treasurer
Harry Phillips is a CPA and retired Moss Adams LLP partner. He holds an undergraduate A.B. degree in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, and a graduate M.S. degree in Tax from Golden Gate University. Since retiring at the end of 2007, Mr. Phillips has been an adjunct professor of accounting and tax at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma and does part time accounting and consulting work. He has served on the Skookum Board of Directors since 2010.
Rob Ziegler - Board Member
Rob Ziegler is a senior organizational development practitioner with Terracon Consultants, Inc. Rob has over 25 years of experience consulting to public agencies, private sector companies, and non-profit organizations. His areas of practice include strategic planning, change management, and leadership development. Rob has an undergraduate in Humanities from Stanford University, an Executive MBA from the University of Washington, and is completing a Masters of Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. Rob has served on the Skookum Board since 2011 and has enjoyed every minute of it! Rob resides in Seattle, WA with his wife and two children.
