Jessica McLoughlin
Regional Vice President
Jessica provides Home Office coordination in support of Site and Project Managers in Washington, Texas, Virginia, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. She also administers, prices and negotiates new and current contracts for Skookum.
Before joining Skookum in 2002, Jessica was an Army vehicle maintenance officer at Fort Lewis, WA. Following her medical separation from the Army, she joined Skookum as a Logistics Coordinator at JBLM. She then spent nine years as the JBLM Central Issue Facility Project Manager before being promoted into her current role as a General Manager and Contracts Manager.
Alan Mitchell
General Manager
Alan Mitchell is the Manufacturing Manager for Skookum Aerospace. He is responsible for the production of all parts manufactured at Skookum. Alan has over 38 years of aerospace and commercial manufacturing experience, with 24 years of actual management experience. He began his manufacturing career as a machinist in 1984 where he spent 14 years on the floor running mainly 3 & 4 Axis equipment machining centers on hard metals. Alan’s management career started in 1999 and directly supervised 210 direct reports, between two facilities at his previous employer. He has extensive experience in most manufacturing processes, estimating, planning, production management and Lean processes.
Dina Cowan
Sales and Account Director
Dina Cowan, our Manufacturing Sales and Account Director, joined our team in 2023. With an extensive background spanning over three decades in aerospace manufacturing, Dina brings with her 25 years of valuable management experience. Her distinguished career includes leadership roles in multiple supplier development teams, where she excelled in fostering collaboration with suppliers to drive process improvements, enhance schedules, and reduce costs. In her role at Skookum, Dina is poised to play a pivotal role in steering the growth of our business. Her focus will extend to strengthening customer relationships and expanding Skookum’s presence into new industries, further solidifying our position as an industry leader.
