Denise Stinocher
Chief Financial Officer

Denise Stinocher serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Skookum Aerospace and Skookum Contact Services. Denise has over thirty years of experience in international and domestic corporate finance with a record of successful leadership in complex, multifunctional, fast-paced manufacturing organizations. She is a crucial contributor in developing and implementing strategic planning, collaborative systems integration, financial controls, recruitment, and development of accounting practices required to meet the needs of a growing organization. Denise has the profound ability to achieve operations results by focusing on a practical management approach and developing solid relationships at all levels, including executive teams and clients.
Alan Mitchell
General Manager

Alan Mitchell is the Manufacturing Manager for Skookum Aerospace. He is responsible for the production of all parts manufactured at Skookum. Alan has over 38 years of aerospace and commercial manufacturing experience, with 24 years of actual management experience. He began his manufacturing career as a machinist in 1984 where he spent 14 years on the floor running mainly 3 & 4 Axis equipment machining centers on hard metals. Alan’s management career started in 1999 and directly supervised 210 direct reports, between two facilities at his previous employer. He has extensive experience in most manufacturing processes, estimating, planning, production management and Lean processes.
Kim Sharpton
Contracts, Estimating, Planning and Purchasing Manager

Kim joined the Skookum Aerospace Manufacturing team in 2021 as the Contracts, Estimating, Planning and Purchasing Manager. She brings over 15 years of operational and leadership experience within the Aerospace industry. Prior to joining Skookum Aerospace, Kim was a Quality Manager with expansive knowledge of Quality Management Systems; implementing and transition changing requirements of industry standards and attaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications. Kim holds Manual Mills and Lathe certifications for machining. Throughout Kim’s career, initiating problem-solving and continuous improvement activities contributed to her making significant contributions to streamlining AS9100 FAI Reporting, as well as Purchasing, Program Management, Estimating, Planning, and Configuration Management.
Jeff Dolven
Chief Executive Officer/President

Jeff Dolven serves as President and CEO of Skookum Aerospace and Skookum Contract Services, where he leads over 1,400 Skookum employees engaged in precision manufacturing, facilities management, and logistics services, with facilities in eleven states plus the District of Columbia. Dolven successfully orchestrated a 500% increase in total sales since joining the organization fourteen years ago, leading the Company beyond its Washington State roots and into new business lines and new geographical regions. Dolven dramatically expanded the integration of Veterans into Skookum’s workforce. Today over one-third of the Skookum team are Veterans, and over one-quarter of the team are Veterans with Service Related Disabilities.
Prior to his current position, Dolven served as Chief Operating Officer for Skookum Contract Services. In this role, Dolven held profit and loss responsibility for dozens of business units. He was responsible for implementing processes that halved Skookum’s accident rates, driving incident rates substantially below the industry average. Additionally, Dolven expanded the use of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems to guarantee “routine excellence” on Skookum customer ratings, a standard that holds true to this day.
Earlier in his career, Dolven served as a U.S. Naval Officer, specializing as a member of the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps. In the Navy, Dolven gained international construction experience in Europe and Asia. With a focus on Naval Aviation, Dolven led teams of professionals charged with maintenance, repair, and construction of runways, control towers, navigation equipment, and other flight-critical support systems. During this time Dolven served as a warranted contracting officer and was selected into membership in the Department of Defense Acquisition Professional Community.
Dolven originally hails from Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, and later earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
