A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU ORDER:

• Items are produced on-demand, meaning items are branded with the Skookum logo after your order is placed.

• The order process from submitting your order to your item(s) being shipped is 10-15 business days.

• Some items could end up being back-ordered – this is beyond both Skookum and our vendor's control, due to changes in manufacturing with COVID we have seen some minimal delays in product availability.

• When a product is back-ordered you will receive an email from our apparel partner, Axomo, that informs you of the backorder and will ask if you want to cancel the item(s) or wait for it to become available. If you choose to wait for the item(s), Axomo puts the back-ordered product(s) on a separate order and ships the rest.

• While the apparel and swag products are generated by our apparel partner, the Skookum Communications team can assist you if you should have any questions or concerns regarding an order or item. Just email communications@skookum.org and we can gladly help
